So much of politics, builder is full of ego and does not even listen to resident’s grievances and if people get pissed of with falling plasters on their family, failing electricity due to ever faulty distribution system which causes even lifts to go without access for several hours, making it so risky in case of a medical urgency in a society which has 25 floors and if this is not enough, they ensure they and their unprofessional team has one or the other problem with regards to water, for last one month, their has been about 15 days of inconsistent water supply.
Can you imagine they get to realise that they do not have diesel only when the main electrical supply fails, may be after about half to an hour and then start ordered it, and once the diesel arrives, they manually load it which might take another hour and once they claim we have everything, they will say the DG set has some technical fault, people keep standing for even two to three hours below the building after office, waiting to reach their home on various floors, making it a complete chaos.
When you ask question, they will try to put the blame on the authorities for supply and when you check facts by calling the authorities, they claim there was no issue from their end. So they lie, they do not understand and building just treats you as milking cow.
If you want peace of life, keep away from this insensitive builder.
