Friends is rage is natural as if you have something so precious and you lost it. Once on 2013 we planned to have our own house in Noida and did not know about what is a good builder at all. We thought all are good and what matters in the name. My father once suggested not to spend money in it as no one gives us the facilities for less money. And at last portent has happened.
