Terrible customer service

Completely apathetic builder! We paid cash down 8 years ago with a bank loan. Terrible mistake. After 8 years they still haven’t given us possession.


Don’t answer calls or emails. Absolute and complete apathy towards home owners. No clarity regarding when they will hand over. Awful builder
