I am new buyer from Pashmina. Booked my flat at their project Pashmina Waterfront in Feb 2019 with subvention scheme. Loan is released and it has been 3 months there is no payment from the builder. They are not receiving calls not replying to mails. We have taken loan and now struggling financially. If we can when they will refund we don’t know. Please reach out to me incase anyone thinking to buy. Already delayed and still hope is low.
