Facing trouble with Patel colossus group

I had booked a flat in 2012 and paid 25 lack for the same , since builder didn’t deliver the flat I cancelled it and builder Mr Hasmuk Patel is not refunding back my hard earned money, all my hard earned money taken by builder , I don’t how many more people he has cheated so far.
