I Have purchased the house at peptech city satna in the year of oct’2011 at that time they have told me they give the possession within 8 months and they have promised for the good quality material uses.
but they have delayed the my house construction for 3 years and they have used the lowest quality materials.
Due to their delay i lost 5 lacs rupees in 3 years. they are the robbers, they have appointed the very worst peoples and I must say they are thief. I recommend to all people pls dont purchase the houses from peptech construction at peptech city of any other projects.
mangers working at peptech city are robbers they are using the worst quality materials and never delivered the your house at time.
I again recommend never purchase house from peptech construction.
as far as rating concern that they deserves the -10 stars. they are the worst persons I have ever met. I had very bad experience with them. after booking they are starts misbehaving and telling we will not give the possession do what ever you can do.
