The location is supereb, will develop this area in future. The L Axis project is good but the handlers are not so good. I have inquired there for 3 BHK flat for which they have quoted some extra ordinary rate of Rs 5000/ Sq ft where the actual rate is Rs 3800.
The sales staff sitting on the sites are really a fundoo guys, don’t know the specification also. Mind SBI is not giving loan on this property & its 99 years lease property.
