I met Vijay from sales team through one of the reference. And informed him that I already have one emi so I cannot take another emi. He said he will help me in selling the property and than only my new emi will start. by giving this false promise he took 50K and never helped me in getting my property sold. after following up with vijay for one month he introduced me to some channel partner and said the channel partner will help me in selling the property. because of that I never able to rent out my property and it was vacant. the problem of trusting frauds.
