Everything will seem nice and neat till you decide on a property and handover the advance amount. Once they have the advance at hand, they will NOT pick your calls. Even if they do, they use foul language. They are a bunch of low-class blokes who claim they are the CEO, Manager, Assistant Manager, etc. and approach you, which they are NOT.
I wanted to pull out from the property after I had given the advance amount because of their non-professional behaviour. I had gone to their so called office and told them clearly that I don’t want to go further and buy a property because of your extremely bad response on phone and emails. That’s when they started abusing me in front of me!
They basically fool you into a property and once they receive the advance, they start playing foul. The lawyer to whom I had taken an opinion on the property clearly told me not to go ahead as she felt the documents weren’t clear.Low Class. Fraud. Con-men.
