FAIL TO FULLFILL COMMITMENT

I was purchased the flat in this builder scheme in Dighi name POLITE CASTELLUM. This Builder put customer on air. Not transfering Society Properly and stopped the maintain society too. Now we all families are scared as Builder not paid all bill of maintanance before society formation.Please make sure before dealing with this peoples
