I personally have no flat booked with this builder but I heard lots of good words from my friends who have their flats booked with them.
I visited some of their projects in Noida and saw the construction quality is good and the commitment they have done with the customer have been full filled regarding wooden work, RO system, no extra charges during flat construction.
