I booked two flats in 2015 that were to be delivered within 2 yrs. I was chased down for the Booking amount and investors obligation(20%) within a month. The story for them ends there and the dilemma for me begins. We are in mid 2019 and the excavation work hasn’t begun nor are they returning my money. False committments, several stories and helplessness.
