Worst "reputed" builder one can find. Don’t be swayed by the material they have on their website.
Sunnyside project in Bangalore has been delayed by almost 1.5 years; handover was supposed to be in december 2014, and was then postponed to June 2015, and hasn’t still happened(as of February 2016).
NO transparency from Prestige in terms of the status of the project or the expected date of completion. In the rare instances, one does get a response from the CRM on the timelines, its all vague and false information.
Furthermore, Prestige is supposed to pay a penalty to customers for delayed handover. No response from Prestige on this despite multiple emails.
This whole exercise with Prestige is causing a lot of heartache and mental tension. DON’T recommend engaging with Prestige on pre-construction programs
