We had booked a flat at Prestige Lake Ridge. Due to personal problems we cancelled the booking. When we booked a flat, sales representative was very cooperative and he gave us the impression that they are customer oriented company. After we cancelled, they said they will with old 2% of the sale value as per the booking terms and conditions and return the balance booking amount paid within 3months days. Now even after 3 and half months they havent returned the refund.
