95% payment is already done but still these guys don’t allow us to visit the property. After multiple follow ups they gives a standard reply that will check with the engineering team and will inform(which never happens).
With this I am still waiting for payout for a referral which was given in October 2020.
Only thing which happens on time is demand letters and reminders, for this they have a very good system in place which do not leave even 1 rupee of late payment.
