I have bought new flat in prime city few months before and got possession after fight with all people who are related with this stupid building construction. Marketing agent, Plumber, Painter, Carpenter, Supervisor to person who does tile fixing.
Marketing people will fool buyer by saying wrong date of possession and ask you to do booking and sale agreement. once you completed your sale agreement then you are trapped in first level of net. then they will ask to do registration and once you did then you become part of them. I mean you will become supervisor for your flat:). because if you dont do supervisor work then u will not get possession ever. run behind all people like Agent to tiles fixing people to do work in your flat.
make 100s of calls every day. visit your flat on regular basis to make sure that some work is going on in your flat. Once you got the possession then real story will start, then you will find how BAD QUALITY OF WORK THEY HAVE DONE, DOORS are not properly fit, Tile will shake when u walk on then, Some or other wall have leakage, Bathroom TAB gets loose after few uses, Crack in wall are showing up, Water problem. I AM BIG SUFFERER of this builder. Marketing agents are very very good at trapping people to buy this flat and after THAT CHASE will start.
Never ever buy flats here. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW REAL TRUTH ABOUT THESE PEOPLE THEN VISIT TO CONSTRUCTED BUILDINGS IN MARKETING AGENTS ABSENT(Because people staying there may not be open to speak in presence of them) ON WEEKENDS SO THAT YOU WILL FIND MANY PEOPLE AT HOME. BE CAREFUL GUYS. DONT WASTE YOU HARD MONEY AT WRONG PLACE. GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR HOME SEARCH.
