There are no signs of them starting the project although it has been 7 years! They have good connections and can get away with it so we have lost all hopes of getting the property!
The facing location is situated to a crowd which is not worth it. The nearby localities need improvement in terms of basic amenities. Transport facility is also not so good in this locality. There are no playing facilities to keep the body in an active state. It is not centrally located.
They keep trying to avoid showing us the papers that they must have since they are planning to construct a property and ofcourse I got fed up of asking them all the time and decided to let it go.
This people are renowned cheaters and will dupe you of your money, so better beaware of them.
They have created so much hype about the project so that they can charge a really high fee, but they are not giving the buyers a good deal in return!
