My uncle purchased flat in Srirangam Priya promoters Priya sudharsana . he was very much affected after booking this flat in early stage of construction . construction is not so good . the promoter not handing over flat on time which leads to paying EMI for my uncle which is an extra burden . also some specifcation mentioned by my uncle in interior work was not done by the builder. Mr Francis proprietor of the concern interested in receving customer money only but never think of customer needs .he never keep up his words .after paying full money we may to able to contact builder . they now doing a project in tiruvanaikoil .staff service also not so good they are not well behaved. my advice is not to buy flat in this concern . better search for good one
