Its been nearly a year since I join Propgarden Estates, I found it reasonably good organisation compare to others, Personally speaking I’ve received my incentives on time.
The best thing about Propgarden is work environment, work load is less, unless you don’t do sales. Otherwise It is good place to work with.
There are two teams, I am in team panache, we’ve been leading since last quarter:)
Salary payment varies between 5th to 10th of every month, but the best part is incentives which we can expect once in 3 to 4 months.
It is been a good journey
