It is total bluff game by puraniks , possession date is just a joke for them. They don’t bother about customer time , money. Don’t don’t invest in puraniks. Possession expected on Dec 2022 after a extension of 1 year due to covid. Project is 95% completed however they are extending possession date continuously. It’s not guaranteed yet when possession will get. This is very unprofessional , irresponsible .
