Went to see Aldea Espanola project by Puranik builders near Balewadi stadium. Nice project featuring Spanish architecture with bunch of amenities. Went through their 2 & 3 bhk sample flat which looked quite well developed and furnished.
Master bedroom is with wooden flooring, false ceiling in dining and living room, modular kitchens, and good bathrooms. Charging on carpet area the flat is worth buying.
Looking forward to see some more from this locality however thumbs up for this project.
