Hello, We are one of the new buyer of Puranik City of third phase. There are so many problem regarding building constructionist. Its not been even a month a we faced leakage problem. At roof the flow of water is nor appropriate towards exit and getting accumulated in between. The power of AC and its position is missed matched.
On the top of that if you complaint by call they people will stop or cut to receive your all calls. They won’t even reply if you mail for thousands of time. Its a frustrating and wrong decision to believe on Puranik City people.
I am completely agree with the other one star comments.
