Hello friends I m sharing my personal review I have booked a purva panorama flat and I have nothing positive to say about these builders. Their customer service manager is of no help. They showed a sample flat which was different from the actual flat, in terms of dimension, finishing, etc( I still haven’t figured out why they called it a sample flat).
We did not want any interiors, ( this was before they started the project), but they asked us to take the tiles and sell it on our own. You can’t inspect your flat on days apart from Saturday( between 1 to 3). They are charging maintenance without giving possession of the flat.
Nobody responds to any query. The project is delayed .
