As everybody has been saying these people are a big farse. They promise you big, best of the world and class but when it comes to execution they are the biggest crooks.
The Purva Vantage project was postponed from a delivery date of Aug’07 to Dec’07 without any notice, any mails or any communications to the residents. As of now not even the 5th slab is in place and they are still saying that they will deliver by Dec’07.
The customer care never responds back to the mails.
You can keep writing to them, calling them but no avail. Once they have taken the money you are as good as dead.Any modifications are so expensive that you better not go for them.
I want to spread this awareness so that nobody else is taken for a ride. Afterall its everybody hard earned money.
Dont understand with what confidence Purva is planning for an IPO.
