If you’re not sure about purchasing, do not book a token with Puravankara. I had a very disappointing experience with them. They take an unreasonably long time to process refunds.
It’s been 4 months since I requested my refund, and I still haven’t received it. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this level of service to anyone.
