Well I have a very bad experience with them. I just got cheated and lost my money for cancelling my booking. They cheat with peoples. With great difficulty, after begging multiple times over emails, phone calls, I got back 90% of my booking amount.
They just ignored all the buyers and customers as much as they can. Even visited several times oni must say dont think about any positive thing. During the process of requesting the refund, I had lost my mind, got frustrated several times and mentioned over email that I will share this cheating event with my friends and office. They must be takr in to the consideration. After this, they tried to scared me by mentioning that they have my amount in case I share this with public. But if you some source then you will be got your money otherwise they dont refuund you. Pls dont get fooled by the extra obedience they show during your initial visits till you book a flat. They just make us fools.Once you pay amount for booking a flat, ensure you are bound to loose in one way or other.
Otherwise you will be charged for a high amount. I was mentioned that I will get back the full booking amount in case I cancel. I dont think that they do like that. During booking they had taken two signatures quickly and like a fool, uneducated person, I signed without reading their terms and conditions. You must read their terms & conditions. I seriously dont recommended it
