I booked one of the flats in newly started venture near Gachibowli and paid around 15% of the flat amount. From the day one I was asking for the receipts and they were pushing and after 2 months they came back saying that they won’t give receipts until I give amenities amount as black, which was never said before.
One of the worst builder I ever seen and would suggest not to go with this builder by believing MD or staff words. By any chance if you go, better to have all terms and conditions on paper on day 1 and get proper receipts on time. Otherwise they are very good to throw u out based on future demand and sale for more cost to someone else !
