I am planning to buy a Radiant apartment in Yelahanka. They have promised to give possession by oct’2010. Plastering work is going on inside the apartment. So flooring, painting and fittings are due. I have negotiated for rs. 2100/- per sq.ft. This is in the 1st block. Blocks 2 and 3 are also under construction.
So If I pay now the amenities I will get only once all blocks are ready.
Also They have given me a choice to select the tiles and fittings. I find quality of construction quite Ok. can anybody give feedback on this. Are they trust worthy. Please letme know should I go ahead and buy this apartment.
