I have bought a flat in radiant silver bell located in sadarmangala. They promised to deliver by Nov 2011. I booked in April 2010. No They have not delivered till march 2012 and they are inconclusive on when I will get the flat. I am extremely disappointed with Radiant. There are many hidden charges also. I had to pay extra for switches, utility slabs, better tiles, washbasin almost everything other than walls. They will also charge 25000 extra for first year maintenance.
