Raheja builders so well known and famous all over Mumbai are the best builders but worst people to talk to. Raheja industries expect highly educated & experienced people to work with them. But they dont have any respect and care for their employees. At the beginning they pay well and later they disagree to continue to pay that amount & end up decreasing the salary. The behavior of the higher authorities towards the staff is very bad. All that Raheja’s have is money & attitude. It will be better for them if they begin respecting even the middle class people so that even they can earn respect.
