All new buyers be aware, Raheja has never delivered project on time. I am stuck with them where they have delayed the project for almost 3 years now.
They are silent about when they will deliver the project. They have taken 90% money and then stopped work on site. No penalty, no response to customer questions.
Will never recommend this builder to anyone. Be aware !!!!!!
Please spread this to everyone you know. Don’t fall in trap with this builder. Not reliable at all. Don’t believe me check with other customers. They launched Vedanta, Atahrva, Navodaya in 2008 with completion date in 2011 but no where near completion as of now.
Visit their actual construction site. Project is delayed for almost 3 years and no commitment to date.
