I recently went to their project site. Gentleman was kind enough to show the property. He also said there will be an artractive offer at the CREDAI exhbition on the 15-17th of Feb
I went there and I was told that on the 28th the offer will be announced only to those who pay 2lakhs as intent to buy. Strange proposition. Dont know which world they are living in. Transparency? Do they know the meaning. Sorry Gentlemen. The real estate is full of horrible tales of things gone wrong. Unless there is full transparency I dont think this flies. Not sure what others experience had been.
