I went to the Rai Residency, Thane for the purpose of buying a flat and asked them about the flat rates, room size, location details, furnishing of rooms and that too whether the prices are negotiable in any ways. Without giving answers the manager told me that there are flats available but they said they won’t be selling it to me.May be the are renowned for their classy constructions but odd behaviours with customers won’t make their business grow.
