Here I am gonna reveal my experience about this apartment. I stayed in this apartment for about 9 months. But for me it was not a good.
First of all their service and support is too bad. . If we have any issues from this apartment and told them they won’t give any good reply to us. And they won’t solve the problem immediately.
Many times we got frustrated because of the wastage disposal smell which they didn’t maintained and removed it properly. Even for the guests also irritated to come to my apartment.
The rooms are good and well designed. But some times the elevator won’t work. For old people it should be very difficult to climb the staircase till the top floor. And the parking slots are also very less and for guests it should be very difficult for them.
The cost is comparatively good but we are not satisfied with their services. The ambiance is good. Churches, schools, hospital, railway station etc are nearby but it is very noisy and polluted place.
So I am not happy with their service and support.
