I have booked a flat in Raja Sannidhi, D Block, The promised due date was Dec. 2011. It’s may 2012 and builder is not communicating with me at all. When I call them, they transfer the calls to each other and finally no one takes responsibility of giving a proper answer.
It’s seems they are cheaters, I am planning to go to consumer court and also to approach a court because I have paid them almost 80% of the money which bank has sanctioned. Bank is charging heavy interest on the amount because of the delay. I am staying in a rented house.
