All projects of this builder have some problem or other. They have land issues, they have no knowledge of construction and hire cheap labor. The STPs don’t work , layout plans are changed as and when they please and they do not respond properly to complaints by residents once the flats are registered. Their employees are insensitive to the customers who enable them to earn their bread and butter and speak harshly and impolitely.
