I have bought an apartment in Raja Aristos, the completion time was december 2011 and it is still not completed.More over, they don’t answer calls, they are unable to get an EC or OC for this project.
My loan repayment is high since this project has been delayed so much.
I was a costumer to Raja Uday & Co. and loved the builder Mr.Raja Uday, unfortunately I did not realize they were two different companies.I was very happy with Raja Uday & Co but this company Raja Builders handled by his cousins is very bad and extremely disappointing.
I am a Middle class man, I cannot afford to take such delays. Can someone help me on how to approach this problem ? I am really worried.
