I am writing this review after more than 10 years of buying plot in Rama Swarn Garden . Recently on 28th March I went to the location and was not able to see any development, adjoining builders are doing good development as compared to Rama Group( Delhi).Have sent email to builder on email ID rramagroup@gmail.com which is mentioned on their website https://ramagroup.co, asking about the future course of action, considering may be their are any glitches in property from approvals as far as govt. is concerned, as I was not able to see any electric / water connection availability plus drainage.Let me wait for revert from Builder.
