I had a very disappointing experience with this contractor. From the beginning, there were constant delays in the work, and despite agreeing on a timeline, the work was not completed on time. Even after handing over the house on January 13th, the promised completion date was January 25th (with an additional two days for waterproofing, making it January 27th), yet the work remained incomplete.
The workmanship was far from perfect, with multiple flaws in every task. Nothing was done as expected, and the quality was extremely poor. Even though the contractor claims 30 years of experience, the work lacked both skill and professionalism.
On top of the delays and poor work quality, the contractor demanded a high price and then tried to charge again for items already included in the original quotation. Worse, he demanded full payment before completing the work, which is completely unprofessional. No proper communication was maintained, and decisions were made based on his own preferences rather than the customer’s requirements.
Additionally, inappropriate language was used during discussions. His madam made disrespectful remarks, including threatening to break the kitchen granite and tiles and using offensive language like "???? ??????? ??????? ???? ??????????". Such behavior is completely unacceptable from someone claiming to be a professional.
Another major issue was the kitchen sink placement. I specifically requested that the sink be placed near the edge of the granite floor to make daily dish cleaning easier. However, the contractor argued that it couldn’t be done and insisted that it was structurally weak. He also claimed that as an engineer, he knew best, dismissing my request. But I have personally seen many houses with the same setup I requested, proving that his argument was baseless.
To anyone considering this contractor—be cautious. Expect delays, lack of perfection, overcharging, and unprofessional behavior .You will be expected to pay in full before your work is even completed, and there will be no accountability for the poor quality of work. Not a trustworthy or professional experience at all.
