I was looking for a 3BHK flat with excellent interiors for my family. Following a friend’s suggestion, I visited the Nitesh Estates property on Kasturba Road.
True to Nitesh Estates’ reputation, the property had world-class architecture, a host of amenities and great interiors. Although, I could not purchase the flat as it didn’t fit into my budget, I would say it’s truly value-for-money, for those who can afford it.
