Credit Note

I have booked two Flats in SARE Homes.  The flats were booked by Realty Care and Call for Realty(sister concern).  I have issued a Credit Note worth Rs. 5 Lac by Realty Care and Call for Realty and the amount will be released on 40% payment.


As of now, approx 85% payment has been made and builder SARE has released the brokerage to Realty care.  I have contacted Realty Care multiple times and still they are not releasing the amount towards Credit Note.


Please suggest.
