They have disputes in many of their layouts and they do very little to help the innocent buyers to recover from the mess of litigation.
They try to target only NRI’s as they know very little about their background of the developer and the NRI buyers will not be available locally to fight the disputes.
I have been stuck with them in 2 such layouts, please stay away from them.
