I had bought a plot in Reliaable Avia in Devanahalli, Bangalore. After I paid off my loan, I suddenly found out that the layout is under litigation. Reliaable developers has shown absolutely no interest in settling the dispute. They couldn’t care less about this whole thing. As far as I know, our is not the only Reliaable property under dispute. There are many others. Please be aware before investing your hard-earned money into a Reliaable project.
