I am one of the owners of the above project.
In a dispute at high court between the developers and 2 of the land lords the developer has entered into compromise settlement with the land lords to surrender 7200 sq. Ft of land.
The twist here is the land they have agreed to surrender prina facie looks like the one ear marked for park and other civic amenities which shoud be only for the benefit of residents as per supreme Court order.
- When I visited the place today the marketing wing of Reliable Developers have opened an office to market/sell remaining
few plots.
I was shocked to see the boards very in it was mentioned swimming pool and community hall as the amenities which is not true. When I had a discussion with the marketing team they were unanswerable. The agreed that such amenities are not available and to remove then from the board by Saturday
I am thinking of proceeding legally if our amenities are taken away from us.
