Hi, We have invested in Reliaable Magnolia in early 2014. (Magnolia is very next to Reliaable Dollars Colony)
I have never had such a bad experience in my life, it is almost like I have lost the money.
The property after 4 years dont have basic infrastructure to build houses - no Electricity, no Security, no Compound Wall, no Water Supply, gardens not done. and no Procession certificate from the developer. All we have is anti social people entering the property and having their booze and fun time!
In the last 4 years we had made’N’ number of follow up with the Reliaable team. all they give is their attitude and irresponsible replies and false promises. Once sold they dont take any responsibility to fulfill the promises, and move on to next projects, the recent one being Dollars colony which is very next to Magnolia, yet they dont have any shame
Anyone can come and take a look at the project - its abandoned state - and see to yourself the commitment from the Reliaable team
