The main gate and the compound wall is in place with security personnels 24*7 at your doorstep. There is no drainage issue at all.
The club house is fully equipped with proper gym equipments for us.
The builder has also taken care of our children by providing see-saw, slide, swing, etc.
The swimming pool is designed according to the safety of our children as well as adults.
Inspite of many residents of’C’ wing not paying the complete money to the builder, the builder has given spectacular amenities at his own cost.
I am being staying in the’C’ wing since long and am planning to buy one more flat for my relative from the same Construction Company as I am very much satisfied with their service, quality and positive attitude of the builder.
