Same builder is having some completed project. Caution prospective buyers to have visit to their completed project and take details from existing owner particularly society secretary / chairman.
Key problems / issues:
Society Formation, builder will insist Apartment formation, then society as it limit buyer control on common areas.
Uncompleted or left over task & mis-management.
parking area always in mess.
Lift chinese made, hence it will be libility after completion of 1.5 years. Hugh AMC cost. Lift regularly breakdown from its start.
Construction are also not good.
