We invested in RPS for the sake of geeting good return & took the commercial studio unit from them in 2021, since then we booked the unit nooone is ready to hear our problem as the unit is without Glass on it & other all units are with Glass, the brochure which they showcased us thats with Glass & on top of that we took 1st floor by giving premium, later they expanded in that area & came with cine plaza overlooking our unit, we tried multiple time with the stake holders ti discuss on this point on changing the unit so that we can sell it easily, since then we tried a lot on selling it but the unit is dumped, noone is ready to take it & moreover we got our payment slips of 2021 booked unit in 2023 & since then BBA also not done yet, now they sent a hefty demand to us for paying the as they are offering possesion, we want our hard earned money back as the unit is not getting sold out & now with the demand coming in we are not ready to exchange even as noone is ready to buy it, since the demand is in, we went multiple times to meet owner, everytime they say they are busy or not available, with this online medium I am trying that rps will hear my plea & come forward to refund our hard earned money.
