I bought a flat at chitlapakkam near violet metriculation school during 2009 from ruby. it was good and we got maintanance support from ruby builders for the initial 2 years. that too free of cost.
The Honeymoon was over and from 2011 all the flat owners are facing many issues. though they used red bricks for construction, the building quality was not great. Bath rooms were unplanned and the water leaked from 2nd floor bathroom to first floor hall. unable to arrest the water leak. and many issues still open.
Surpriced. this builder got 5 star rating. Don’t know How. They are now using solid blocks instead of red bricks to construct their building. before you made any transaction talk to one of the owners who baught the flat from ruby builders 5 or 6 years ago
