Our 8-Year Nightmare and Fraud Experience: I am writing this review to share my distressing experience with SD Bhalerao Construction, particularly involving Mr. Sanjay Bhalerao. In 2016, we made a down payment of 10 lakhs for 1bhk flat under a tower redevelopment project at Building No. 11, Prakash CHS, Vartak Nagar. Since then, we have been subjected to endless delays and false promises.
For the past eight years, Mr. Bhalerao has continuously postponed the construction dates and provided no substantial updates on the project’s progress. Our attempts to get a clear response have been met with vague answers and broken commitments. This deceitful behavior has caused us immense financial and emotional stress.
We have lodged a police complaint against Mr. Bhalerao, but despite our constant follow-ups, there has been no resolution. It is disheartening to see such shamelessness from someone in the real estate industry, showing no regard for the hardship he has caused us and other affected parties.
